I have always loved listening to others and sharing my own stories and perspectives! I'm deep inside my journey of self discovery and have experienced incredible healing along the way.  Here, I will share parts of my journey, what I have been learning and, without a doubt, a lot of other ramblings and reflections. 

Maud Newcomb, born November 19, 1893, was Nova Scotia's brightest Lightpost and a brilliant author of wisdom & support. Maud is my Great Grandmother and I have a burning desire to bring life back to her century old advice on parenting, community, compassion & kindness.
